During the creation process, artists will share photos and videos of your ordered painting with you. You can put forward all your requirements, such as those related to colors and shades, and artists will make all necessary adjustments.

Shipping time: Generally 3-7 days via FedEx or DHL. We will only ship the painting after you are completely satisfied with it.

To have your return request accepted, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• It has been less than 30 days since you received the artwork.
• The artwork must be in the same condition as received and properly packaged—preferably in its original packaging.
• To be eligible for a refund, artworks must be carefully packed for return in their original packaging.
• For damaged arrivals, a photo of the damage is required to help us identify shipment issues.
• If the original packaging was insufficient, please repackage the item as securely as possible and take photos for insurance purposes.

Damaged Items Exchange

Complimentary exchanges are available for items damaged during transportation. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. To initiate a replacement, kindly email us at service@handbrushart.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged artwork. We will follow up with the courier company and ship a replacement within a few days.

We want happy customers! For any reason, if you don’t like the painting you received, you can return it in its original package and condition in 30 days on the receipt of it. Please contact service@handbrushart.com
