At HandbrushArt, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted artwork. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return
Please contact us at service@handbrushart.com with your order number and the reason for return. Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong item) or the artwork is defective/damaged, HandbrushArt will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damaged During Transit If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged artwork and packaging. We will investigate with the courier and ship a complimentary replacement at no extra cost to you.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure:
The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
The artwork is in its original condition and securely packaged (preferably in its original packaging).
After the return is authorized, the package must be shipped back within 14 days.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
PayPal Users: Refunds will be credited back to your original PayPal account.
Handmade Product Variance Disclaimer
Each painting is uniquely handcrafted by professional artists. Slight variations in texture or brushstrokes are a hallmark of original hand-painted art. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we provide photos and videos of your specific artwork for approval before shipment.
