Delivery Time
Creation time: 5-7 days. Each ordered work is hand-painted by professional artists of the original painting.
During the creation process, artists will share photos and videos of your ordered painting with you. You can put forward all your requirements, such as those related to colors and shades, and artists will make all necessary adjustments.
Shipping time: Generally 3-7 days via FedEx or DHL. We will only ship the painting after you are completely satisfied with it.
Packaging of Artworks
Rolled paintings: Carefully packed in sturdy paper tubes.
Framed paintings: Carefully packed in high-quality wooden boxes.
Delivery Partners
We cooperate with delivery companies such as FedEx and DHL, and the specific choice depends on the destination and the size of the artwork.
Deliverable Countries
United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Italy, France, Germany.

Delivery Address & Recipient
We will deliver the artwork to the address provided in your order.
Generally, we will confirm the delivery date with the recipient whose name you provided.
If the artwork is a surprise gift, please inform us in advance.
International Taxes & Duties
Please note that once your order arrives at the destination country, it may be subject to local import taxes and duties in accordance with local regulations. These taxes and duties are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if needed, we will assist with relevant communication and information provision with customs.
