Shipping Costs

We currently restrict our shipping services exclusively to the United States, Canada and Australia —— We regret to inform you that delivery services are currently unavailable in other areas.

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders placed within these three countries.

No hidden fees or surprise shipping costs will be added at the checkout stage.

Delivery Timeframe

Every piece of art is hand-painted and requires dedicated time for quality assurance.

Creation & Drying: Professional hand-drawing and natural drying take approximately 7-10 days. We will email you photos of the finished artwork for your approval.

Order Processing: Once you approve the artwork, we will varnish, package, and arrange shipment within 1-2 business days.

Transit Time: We ship via premium carriers like DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Total Estimated Time: You can expect to receive your artwork within 11-19 days from the date of purchase.

 

Shipping Cutoff Time

We’ve set a shipping cutoff time to keep your order moving smoothly right along with our current timeline: Our daily cutoff for getting your order processed (that’s drawing, drying,  packaging, and arranging shipment) is 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) —— Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

  • 【Approval Before 3:00 PM ET:】 If we get your green light on the finished artwork before this time on a business day, we’ll prioritize your order and get it into processing the same business day — right in line with our 1-2 business days processing policy.
  • 【Approval After 3:00 PM ET:】 Approvals that roll in after this cutoff will be handled the next business day — don’t worry, this won’t mess with our total estimated delivery window (11-19 days from when you placed your order).

This cutoff applies to all orders going to the United States, Canada, and Australia, and it works hand-in-hand with our premium carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) to keep your artwork on track for reliable delivery.

 

Professional Packaging

Framed or Stretched Artworks: 

Small/Medium: Secured flat in sturdy, multi-layered protective cardboard boxes with sufficient padding.

Large: Shipped in custom-built heavy-duty wooden crates designed for international transport to ensure maximum safety.

Canvas-Only (Rolled): Carefully rolled and protected in a high-strength shipping tube. This is the safest method for oversized canvases and allows for easy local framing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

 

Delivery Address & Security

We deliver to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your phone number is included to help carriers contact you for delivery.

If your artwork is a surprise gift, please let us know in advance so we can handle communications accordingly.

Shipping Disclaimers

While we strive for timely delivery, HandbrushArt is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Inaccurate or incomplete delivery addresses.
  • Local customs clearance procedures.
  • Force Majeure (inclement weather, natural disasters, or carrier strikes).
  • Peak seasonal backlog (e.g., Black Friday/Christmas).
