During this period, we will provide you with progress updates—including photos and videos—allowing you to request any adjustments to colors or details before shipping. We will only process your order and arrange shipping (within 1–2 days) once you have confirmed you are fully satisfied with the result.
Shipping
Once your artwork is approved, we ship via premium carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days, depending on your location.
Packing

Small framed or stretched works are nestled in sturdy, multi-layered cardboard boxes with ample padding. - For large stretched or framed artworks

Canvas-only orders are carefully rolled into high-durability tubes—a secure and cost-effective method for those planning to frame locally.

Installing
▪ Rolled Canvas: it does not contain wood frame and decorative picture frame, and the canvas is rolled up for transportation. After receiving the picture frame, take it to the local picture frame shop to install the picture frame.
▪ Framing: The frame is made of sustainable and environmentally friendly materials, which is light and does not deform easily, ready to hang.
For your convenience, metal hooks are pre-attached to the frame. We include wall studs and all necessary accessories for effortless hanging.
